United Way Bus Pull 2018
May 26 @ 9:30 am - 1:00 pm
United Way CSO, City of Kelowna and BC Transit have partnered once again to bring you our signature spring fundraising event, The United Way Bus Pull.
Saturday, May 26, 2017 from 10 am to 1 pm; Prosper Place parking lot
Teams of 8 will compete for bragging rights and the coveted Community Cup by pulling a BC Transit bus to the finish line! Or at the very least walk away knowing that you and your team are “Everyday Heroes” by competing for top team and individual fundraisers.
Who are you pulling for? Kids. Youth. Families in need. Seniors.
Winning teams will advance but the real winners are the community members impacted by United Way investments. This is a peer-to-peer fundraising event and the only limitation is your imagination and network! Last years event raised over $22,000 going to kids, families and seniors in our community.
Register your team by calling 250-860-2356 (ask for Jeremy)
Online Team registration and donation site: pullingformycommunity.com
Minimum entry fee goal: $1,500 per team of 8 (less than $200 per person); this is a peer-to-peer fundraising event supported by Canada Helps software. No entry fee is required.
Prizes for Winning Team, Top Fundraising team, Top Individual fundraiser, Best Costumes, Top Co-Ed, Most Enthusiastic Team and more!
