Workplace Campaign Spotlight – RBC


RBC’s 2016 United Way Workplace Campaign raised $28,494, securing them a spot among United Way CSO’s top ten Workplace Campaigns in 2016! Locally, RBC has been supporting United Way CSO by coordinating a Workplace Campaign for over 15 years!

It comes as no surprise that RBC has been a dedicated partner of United Way CSO for so many years. RBC’s Corporate and Employee Social Responsibility is to help support local community service agencies and United Way CSO community initiatives through their campaign. By supporting United Way CSO in 2016, RBC has been successful in fulfilling these responsibilities. RBC’s Workplace Campaign contributions helped support 51 United Way partnered agencies serving the diverse needs of children, youth, families and seniors in their communities.

RBC has also been a proud sponsor of United Way CSO events. In 2015 and 2016, RBC sponsored a putting contest for the “Golf the United Way” tournament; golfers put their putting skills to the test as they competed for the $5000 cash prize courtesy of RBC. RBC’s commitment to sponsorship helps United Way CSO run successful fundraising events for the community. Through their sponsorships, RBC demonstrates what it means to be a true community hero!
